Our team is looking for an MRO Customer Service Representative to join them. You will report to the MRO Customer Service Lead and will have an onsite work structure in Chatsworth, Ca .
This is a temporary assignment approx. 12 months
To be considered for the MRO Customer Service Representative II opening, here's what you'll need to bring with you :
- 2 years of aerospace customer service experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints (a plus).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Prior experience with Airline customers and OEMs is highly desired.
- Knowledge of PSAA / GCP is a plus.

21-23 / hr, based on experience
