In the role of Program Manager, you will help the Enterprise Software business unit achieve product and program delivery goals with a focus on project execution, cross-functional alignment, and agile best practices. This role reports to EBU Director, Product Management but will sit primarily with Software Engineering and R&D teams. This role is best suited for someone who is organized and comfortable with assigning and seeking completion of tasks in a matrix organization. Responsible for leading cross functional programs for software product development within the Enterprise Business Unit, occasionally coordinating with other business units. Provides weekly reports for responsible programs to relevant stakeholders. Develop and manage engineering project plans across multiple squads, including definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables. Manage project tasks and resources to meet the project deliverables within Azure Dev Ops Track project status and resource allocation using MS Project and Azure Dev Ops Provide direction and support to project team. Manage project escalations and contingency plans as required. Collaborates with team members across engineering and business functions to ensure seamless project execution and quality. Must be able to balance project needs and schedules within business unit and product backlog priorities. Qualifications The right candidate does not have to have semiconductor industry experience but must have software development experience. Experience working in a software development environment Proficient in agile development best practices, especially scrum & sprint management Proficient with software business systems – ADO ideal; Jira acceptable Proficient with Microsoft Project Excellent interpersonal communication and organizing skills to coordinate project activities. Ability to communicate with others effectively. Ability to work with details and time-sensitive issues. Good decision-making skills and response to high-pressure situations. Education, Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in program management, technical management, information systems, engineering, or related fields. Target of two (2) years of recent overall project/program management experience. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) – or – Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certified by Scrum Alliance can be used in lieu of the educational requirements.
