Employment Logistics
The primary function of this position is to contact customers and collect past due invoices with additional focus on dispute resolution.
Responsibilities:
· Perform regular follow-up on outstanding invoices and communicate with customers to resolve payment issues.
· Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders regarding billing inquiries and disputes.
· Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
· Generate aging reports and proactively analyze aging trends.
· Work directly with cash applications to maintain payment accuracy.
· Assist with A/R and audit special projects.
· Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
· Other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by management.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or GED is required.
· Minimum of two years’ experience in Accounts Receivable/collections.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present clear concise information when responding to customers.
· Great organizational skills.
· Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
· Problem solving skills.
· Can work independently, however, is also a good team player.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; particularly Excel. Oracle Fusion knowledge would be a plus.
