Roles & Responsibilities,
- You will manage all tooling and machine operations as per schedule without delay.
- You will ensure compliance with contract specifications for each project.
- You will effectively manage customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
- You will lead vendor selection, evaluation / audit and integration for business-critical tools, achieving 100 percent improvement in operational efficiency.
- You will validate the real time data provided by vendors for any discrepancy.
- You will develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring competitive pricing and quality delivery.
- You will plan preventive maintenance activities based on production plan.
- You will troubleshoot quality issues in parts and find the countermeasure.
- You will perform trial and error run for new dies.
- Moulding, casting, sheetmetal.
- You should be willing to travel within USA.
