Overview:
We’re seeking a Quality/Test Engineer II for a long-term, onsite opportunity with a leading manufacturing organization in Pontiac, IL. This role focuses heavily on administrative support within the quality team—ideal for someone with quality engineering experience who enjoys data entry, documentation, and routing tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, enter, and route quality-related data to appropriate team members.
- Support quality management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct walk-backs for quality issues within assigned value streams.
- Assist with implementing Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes.
- Provide quality coaching and training to employees as needed.
- Perform internal audits and support management reviews.
- Participate in developing quality documentation, training content, and tracking metrics.
