Job Description:
We’re looking for a highly organized, adaptable problem-solver to be Administrative Assistant to the CEO. This position is an in-person, on-site position that will involve working at various construction sites and in varying conditions. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily business activities by providing administrative support, coordinating schedules, managing internal communications, overseeing inventory and assets, and assisting with various special projects. This position requires a versatile individual who can switch gears with ease and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as the right hand to our CEO by connecting organizational needs, facilitating information flow, and assisting with implementation and compliance to company policies and priorities
- Adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks, and be systematic and dependable
- Proactively identify administrative or operational bottlenecks and present solutions
- Communicate effectively and always maintain a professional demeanor
- Take ownership of projects and see them through to completion and implementation
- Be professional and articulate, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications:
- Valid Driver’s License, clean driving record, & reliable transportation
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn and adapt to new software to streamline operations, manage marketing and communication, and enhance productivity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Workspace
- Independent decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable communicating with authority and conviction; This job is not for the meek!
- Ability to multi-task including prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively
- Quick learner able to pivot quickly without sacrificing accuracy or thoroughness
- Bonus: Prior administrative support experience (2 years preferred)
- Double Bonus: Prior construction or electrical industry experience
- Interest in professional growth, with a goal of advancing into construction management
Physical Activities & Requirements:
- Driving is essential; Must have the ability to operate company vehicles of various sizes
- Must be willing to run errands as assigned by the CEO; tasks could include things such as paperwork delivery, material order pickup and deliveries, etc.
- This is an in-person on-site position that will involve working at various construction sites and in varying conditions

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No nights
- No weekends
