What are the responsibilities and job description for the On Call Banquet Server position at Opal Sol?

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional food and beverage service and exude a passion for events
- Ensures complete accuracy of banquet set-up per the BEO including tables, linen, glassware, cutlery, centerpieces, food and bar stations, and miscellaneous décor
- Help set up breaks, buffets, drink stations, etc
- Responsible for helping refresh meeting rooms for next day
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
- Assist in breakdown of events including clearing and storing banquet tables, cleaning service stations, bringing used glassware and cutlery to the dishwasher, etc.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required
- Previous experience a plus
