The Purpose:
As the Account Coordinator, you will be the main point of contact for several AMs in a Graphic specific area of business. Attention to detail is important in this role, as well as an understanding of inventory and warehousing basics. This is an entry level position.
The Job:
Project Specific
- Planning and processing portable exhibit displays; include securing booth spaces, handling shipping details all the way through final invoicing
- Order processing: solicit/receive orders via phone, email, custom order forms and client websites.
- Have analytical mindset and love for inventory process in fast-paced environment with attention to details.
- Communicate with clients to capture and clarify all information required to process requests.
- Setup projects through company systems
- Create client estimates based on defined contracts or rate schedules, when applicable.
- Create internal work orders for in housework to be performed per client order received.
- Coordinate and manage logistics of roundtrip shipping
- Monitor and maintain in partnership with warehouse personal the return of display items, condition, and next use of items.
- Generate / maintain weekly status reports for clients

Integrate and support all other workflow tools and procedures as required by management and/or clients.
- Responsible for invoicing all assigned projects and reviewing with manager.
- Maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Non-Project Specific
- Attend weekly internal status and external client status meetings.
- Participate in client service training sessions that aid in career development
- Support account teams on one-off projects as required during busy show seasons.
- May require on-call support during off hours to support to internal and external client base.
The Person:
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail, able to juggle multiple projects in various stages
- Be able to communicate professionally in writing & verbally
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and to adapt to fast-paced ever-changing environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience in Tradeshows & Events a bonus, but not required.
- A college degree is preferred, but not required.
Colorado Salary and Benefit Statement:
The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience.
Colorado Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000
This position is eligible for health care benefits, life insurance, time off benefits and participation in the Company's 401(k) plan.
