In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure they meet established quality standards, identifying defects, and reporting any issues to relevant teams, ultimately preventing substandard products from reaching customers . In a Quality Technician job you’ll be responsible for:
- Ensuring products meet work order requirements, customer and internal quality specifications
- Assist with COC/COA’s as needed
- Visually examining products for defects, using measuring tools like calipers and gauges to verify dimensions and specifications
- Sampling and testing
- Data collection and analysis
- Ensuring testing equipment is properly calibrated and maintained
- Reporting non-conformance
- Working closely with operators and supervisors to address quality concerns and implement improvements
What you’ll need:
- Attention to detail
- Computer Skills
- 3 years experience as a quality technician
