What You’ll Be Doing:
- Sales & Client Relationships: Sell, retain, and expand existing client accounts. Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction, while driving branch goals (~70-80% sales, ~20-30% operations). ð¼ð¤
- Market Leadership: Develop and execute a strategic plan to manage your market territory, analyze market size and competition, and identify key prospects and influencers. ð
- Recruitment & Talent Strategy: Create effective recruiting strategies, including talent referral plans and client-specific recruiting efforts. ð¥ð
- Team Development: Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, quarterly goal reviews, and ongoing coaching to help develop your team. Build a strong internal bench and foster a growth-oriented, team-first culture. ðð¡
- P&L Ownership: Own the branch P&L, monitor KPIs and collections, and actively contribute to setting financial goals and monthly/quarterly updates. ð°ð
- Operations Management: Oversee operational processes, ensuring orders are efficiently allocated and team members are supported in meeting their daily targets. ð¦â

- Strong interpersonal and coaching skills, with an ability to lead by example and inspire teams to reach their full potential.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with experience in handling client issues and HR-related challenges.
- Familiar with managing P&L, setting financial goals, and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
