Job Overview :
The Market Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring outstanding service, and maintaining high-quality standards at The Reserve at Lake Keowee's Market and Pool areas. This role involves supervising staff, managing inventory, handling customer interactions, and upholding company policies to deliver a premier dining and service experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide genuinely hospitable service to all Market and Pool patrons.
- Train, supervise, and direct staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Manage weekly staff schedules, oversee payroll, and ensure proper staffing levels.
- Operate and update the POS system , process transactions quickly and accurately.
- Maintain inventory levels, place orders, and ensure product quality.
- Assist in bartending, following proper drink recipes and presentation.
- Keep the Market areas clean, organized, and inviting.
- Greet members and guests by name when possible.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Assist with prep work in the kitchen and support banquets as needed.
- Work 50hrs per week including weekends / holidays.
