What are the responsibilities and job description for the Railey Vacations- Director of New Owner Relations position at Opportunities at Towne?
Essential Responsibilities:
- Responsible for presenting the aspects of RV Management Program to new or existing prospective enrollees
- Work directly with new owners to outline the details of the Railey Vacations rental program
- Cold call existing rental homeowners to sell them on the Railey program
- Work with area builders and businesses to promote Railey Vacations in order to obtain new inventory
- Attend Railey Realty sales meeting to promote Railey Vacations to their agents
- Attend community expos for new home builders
- Answering inquiries regarding the program on company policies, procedures, services and enrollment
- Completing and negotiating (when necessary) terms of RV paperwork for new or existing enrollment
- Establishing a business relationship rooted in service, knowledge and experience
- Educating owners on best practices to be a successful vacation rental homeowner
- Assisting the Revenue Manager with new and existing prospective homeowners with TVRU enrollment
- Qualifying newly enrolled homes for the Railey Vacation's Signature Collection.
- Scheduling, Conducting and communicating regarding the annual Signature Collection inspections for the homes already in the program.
- Discussion of options when owners no longer meet Signature Collection program requirements
- Develop, plan and implement Department goals
- Develop and implement tracking for leads, measurement of conversion of leads and when to transfer cold leads to Marketing only status
- Develop, plan and implement Marketing strategies that promote enrollment and new business
- Develop and maintain business relationships with real estate agents of Railey Realty to maintain cooperation and appreciation with regard to referrals and training, attend monthly Railey Realty sales meetings
- Develop and maintain relationships with all service departments in the property services division of Railey Vacations
- Professionally represent Railey Vacations with the knowledge, service and integrity
- Complete all tasks and projects to the best of his/her ability.
- Maintain clear communications with immediate Supervisor, Manager and all Department Heads within RV
- Maintain schedule flexibility to meet the demands of the company, department and clientele availability.
Minimum Required Skills & Competencies:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in property management, customer service, or a related field, with a preference for experience in vacation rentals.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage relationships and issues.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and task organization abilities.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying issues and implementing solutions.
- Technology Proficiency: Experience with property management software, CRM tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build relationships and demonstrate empathy in owner interactions.

Physical Requirements:
- Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally.
- Ability to lift 20 pounds and exert 40 pounds of force. Use your arms and legs. Frequent standing, walking, carrying, bending, reaching, and twisting.
- Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as analyzing data, viewing a computer terminal, reading, and preparing documentation.
