What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Property Inspector- Beach Properties of Hilton Head position at Opportunities at Towne?
Essential Functions:
- Maintain the highest industry standards regarding cleaning and general upkeep of a property
- Inspect properties to prepare for guest and owner arrivals
- Report housekeeping, maintenance, or other issues to the property management team in a timely manner
- Support Property Managers by offering assistance in helping them to achieve their goals
- Work closely with the operations staff on a daily basis while providing the utmost owner/guest service
Minimum Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Organizational skills with strong attention to details
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced, ever changing environment
Schedule:
Typical work week will be primarily Saturdays during the months of May - September.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 25 or more pounds
- Possess reliable transportation
- Ability to climb several stairs
- Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally
- Subject to internal and external environmental conditions
