What are the responsibilities and job description for the Seasonal Property Inspector- Beach Properties of Hilton Head position at Towne Family of Companies?
Essential Functions :
- Maintain the highest industry standards regarding cleaning and general upkeep of a property
- Inspect properties to prepare for guest and owner arrivals
- Report housekeeping, maintenance, or other issues to the property management team in a timely manner
- Support Property Managers by offering assistance in helping them to achieve their goals
- Work closely with the operations staff on a daily basis while providing the utmost owner / guest service

Typical work week will be primarily Saturdays during the months of May - September.
