What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Intern - Digital Services position at Opportunities at Towne?
Essential Responsibilities:
- Daily review of BIC and Image Center reports and taking appropriate action as indicated
- Assist with the implementation of BPI Requests related to Commercial Account Analysis
- Assist with system / data maintenance, as required
- Assist with VRU monthly cleanup
- Assist with Online Banking monthly clean up
- Assist with secondary reviews on debit card disputes
- Handles other duties and special projects including conversion cleanup as assigned
- Obeys all applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations relating to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
Summer Internship Minimum Required Skills and Competencies:
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Must have completed at least one year of college and currently enrolled in college
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday, May 19, through early, mid-August
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills with the ability to effectively utilize modern telecommunications tools
- Punctual and dependable

Proficiency with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and strong willingness to help others
- Works well in a team environment

Physical Requirements:
- Express or exchange ideas by means of the spoken word via email and verbally.
