What You’ll Do:
- Welding & Fabrication – Perform high-quality TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel and other metals.
- Machine Operation – Operate and maintain CNC machines, fiber lasers, press brakes, band saws, rolls, and other fabrication equipment.
- Production & Workflow Management – Oversee daily shop operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and quality in fabrication projects.
- Inventory & Materials Management – Track materials, maintain stock levels, and ensure timely production.
- Shop Leadership – Supervise and coordinate shop staff, ensuring safety standards, workflow optimization, and project deadlines are met.
- Field & Mechanical Work (Preferred but Not Required) – Hands-on experience with installations, maintenance, or fieldwork is a plus.
- Expertise in Stainless Steel TIG and MIG Welding – Ability to weld with precision and meet industry standards.
- CNC & Fabrication Experience – Skilled in operating fiber lasers, press brakes, rolls, band saws, and other fabrication equipment.
- Ability to Read & Interpret Blueprints and Technical Drawings – Understanding engineering specs and fabrication processes.
- Strong Organizational & Leadership Skills – Experience managing a shop, overseeing workflow, and ensuring quality control.
- Problem-Solving & Mechanical Aptitude – Ability to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes.
