Join Our Team as a Senior Learning and Development Specialist!

We are seeking an influential team member to support our key talent development initiatives within the realms of On-Product & Online Brand Protection and Cyber Security.

Position Overview

As a Senior Learning and Development (L&D) Specialist in a global role, you will have the opportunity to design, implement, and oversee strategic learning initiatives that drive organizational growth and enhance employee capabilities across diverse international markets. Your mission will be to align L&D programs with our global business objectives, ensuring that all training and development activities support our strategic vision while improving overall employee performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic L&D Planning :

Develop and implement global L&D strategies that align with our business goals and regional needs.

  • Assess global learning needs and gaps to design and prioritize impactful learning initiatives.
  • Program Design and Delivery :
  • Create and manage scalable learning programs and content tailored to diverse audiences globally.

  • Ensure all programs incorporate best practices, are culturally relevant, and meet compliance standards.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration :
  • Partner with senior leadership and regional HR teams to identify learning needs and align efforts with business objectives.

  • Facilitate cross-regional collaboration to share best practices and harmonize learning approaches.
  • Talent Development :
  • Design and implement leadership development programs to build a robust global talent pipeline.

  • Support career development and succession planning through targeted training interventions.
  • Learning Technology and Innovation :
  • Utilize advanced learning technologies and platforms to deliver engaging training solutions.

  • Stay current with industry trends to continually enhance L&D practices.
  • Evaluation and Reporting :
  • Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs and their impact on performance.

  • Provide insights and reports to senior management on L&D activities and outcomes.
  • Cultural Sensitivity :
  • Adapt learning solutions to respect cultural differences across regions.

  • Ensure training materials are inclusive and accessible to a global workforce.
  • Compliance and Standards :
  • Ensure all L&D activities comply with global and regional regulatory requirements.

  • Employee Experience & Engagement :
  • Develop and execute engagement programs to foster a positive workplace and enhance retention.

  • Create internal campaigns and events to boost overall employee engagement.
  • Manage the global engagement committee for cross-functional input on workplace improvements.
  • Qualifications

  • 8 years of experience in L&D, HR Specialist, or related roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Education, or related field.
  • CIPD / ATD certification is preferred.
  • Experience with various design and delivery techniques; instructional design is a plus.
  • Familiarity with authoring tools like Vyond, Articulate, and Storyline is advantageous.
  • Solid understanding of HR functions and industry best practices.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and collaborative skills.
