Responsibilities
- Receive samples of yarn
- Conduct various yarn tests as per request including Trend Analysis, Yarn Ust.25% Comparison, Tensojet, UT4, Classimat, Lint Test, Twist Check, PPA, Critical Draft Test, and Friction Test
- Report results of tests
- Maintain cleanliness of the lab and work area
- Wash beakers and stirrers after use
- Store chemicals safely
- Straighten up assigned areas of the lab throughout the day
- Sweep the lab
