Job Description:
We are seeking a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our Saginaw location. The LPN will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Duties include administering medications, monitoring patient vital signs, and assisting with patient assessments.
Responsibilities:
- Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare provider
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to healthcare team
- Assist with patient assessments and document findings
- Provide patient education on medications and treatment plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care
Qualifications:
- Current LPN license in the state of Michigan
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
