Part Time Receptionist - Saginaw
Location: Saginaw - 915 N. River Rd., Saginaw, MI, 48609
Evey other weekend 10am-4pm
Tuesdays and Thursdays 1-5pm
Job Description:
We are seeking a part-time receptionist to join our team at our Saginaw location. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
