- Accounts Payable: Process and verify invoices, match purchase orders, prepare payment runs, and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter financial transactions into the accounting system, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- File Management: Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Support: Provide administrative support to the accounting department as needed.

The Musts:
- 2-5 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Experience with Timberline (Sage) accounting software strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of construction cost codes and job costing.
