Optimae LifeServices, Inc. is hiring full-time Entry Level Mental Health Professionals (Direct Support Professionals) to work the evening shift in Redfield, IA. Applicants should be caring, creative, and passionate about working with people experiencing Mental Illness, Intellectual, and/or Developmental Disabilities. Qualifications:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Licensed driver with a dependable vehicle and automobile insurance.
- Background check required which includes Child and Dependent Adult Abuse and driving record check.
Duties:
- Support our customer's in their social and learning environments.
- Assisting with activities of daily living.
- Supporting our customers to achieve their personal goals.
- We are looking for self-directed individuals with characteristics of compassion, patience, and problem solving skills.
