Optimae LifeServices, Inc. is looking for part-time and full-time Entry Level Mental Health Professional (Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)) for weekends only at our sites in Pella
Helping people and having fun! This is a great opportunity to work as part of the greater good. We help people with mental illness meet their goals and manage day to day life. Optimae is a great company that allows you to be your authentic self.
Duties:
- Utilize our customer's individualized service plans to teach daily living skills.
- Support our customer's in their living, social and learning environments.
- Supporting our customers to achieve the personal goals of their choice.
- Complete individual service documentation following Optimae's policy and procedure.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings and personalized monthly coaching.
- Communicate with team members.
We are looking for self-directed individuals with characteristics of compassion, respect, and problem solving skills. Flexible scheduling and no experience necessary, we will train.
Qualifications:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Licensed driver with a dependable vehicle and automobile insurance.
- Background check required which includes Child and Dependent Adult Abuse and driving record check.
