What you'll be doing:
- Update Excel documents daily containing billing data for client invoicing
- Review contractor timesheets for proper coding and inaccuracies
- Generate a high-volume of client invoices
- Audit, process, and approve contractor expenses per client travel policy
- Answer billing questions for clients via email
- Verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors
- Issue timely client invoicing per contract terms
- Research and resolve discrepancies and issues with vendor billing
- Meet quality and timeliness metrics in a high-volume environment
- Project expense approval, reporting & analysis
What we are seeking:
- Sage experience is a must
- Client relationship experience preferred
- Prior experience managing multiple clients simultaneously
- Prior experience billing across multiple service lines/divisions
- Intermediate Excel skills (required)
- 3 years’ experience in billing/client invoicing
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business (preferred)
- Strong analytical, conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills
- Detail and process improvement oriented
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong focus on teamwork and ability to collaborate
- Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal direction
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required for this position.
Work Environment: Primarily remote, but local candidates preferred (Jacksonville, FL area)
