Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
- Must pass a background check.
- Empathy, patience, and adaptability.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Basic tech skills (smartphones, email, Microsoft, etc.).
- Previous experience in caregiving, teaching, or volunteering is helpful but not required—we’ll train the right person!
