Below is the expected base salary for this position. This is a good-faith estimate of the base pay scale for this position and offers will ultimately be determined based on experience, education, skill set, and performance in the interview process. This position will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus (if determined by Optiver) and Optiver’s benefits package with the benefits listed above.
Base Salary Range
$50,000—$75,000 USD
What you’ll do:
Technology & Systems Administration:
- Oversee and administer Jira and Confluence project spaces for US OO.
- Support onboarding for new hires and implement system change requests.
- Develop and maintain internal Confluence pages and dashboards for US offices.
- Develop and maintain databases, dashboards, and reports to track KPIs.
- Provide data-driven insights to support OO and RE strategic planning for the US Region.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify trends and make recommendations.
- Assist in financial forecasting, resource planning, and project management.
- Contribute to long-term strategic and operational plans for US Office Operations.
- Evaluate and test new technologies, systems, and processes to improve functionality and efficiency.
- Gather and analyze data across multiple teams and business units for benchmarking.
- Track vendor performance and compliance with SLAs and identify improvement opportunities.
- Monitor energy usage, workspace preferences, and security incidents to optimize office efficiency.
- Collate and track inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Identify operational risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support emergency preparedness and response planning.
- Analyze space utilization and employee movement to enhance workspace efficiency.
- Monitor the adoption of employee perks and benefits to improve workplace satisfaction.
- Support ESG initiatives and sustainability goals through data tracking and reporting.
