We are seeking an Events Coordinator with a love for sales and a proven track record of success to build our private events business. This role is responsible for planning and executing all private dining and large party events.
Compensation: 60k/yr plus commission
Responsibilities and Duties
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through research, contacts, appointments, and networking. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Schedule site visits with potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and promotional efforts to raise awareness and generate interest in the private dining offerings.
- Plan, organize and assist with execution of events including communication with clients, handling contracts, creating Banquet Event Orders, communication with internal departments and assisting with on site events.
- Work cohesively with restaurant departments to ensure successful completion of events and sales strategies.
-Correspond with guests and clients and initiate on-going written correspondence with regulars and new guests to acknowledge appreciation of business and special events.
-Assist management team with operations as needed
