Job Title: Lead Portfolio & Planning Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Portfolio & Planning Manager to drive a product-centric portfolio and provide strategic roadmaps for annual and long-term expense planning. This role will focus on portfolio forecast planning, capacity planning, and prioritization, while maintaining reports and presentations for executive-level communication. You will work closely with both technical and non-technical teams, anticipating risks, impacts, and opportunities within the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide project forecast planning for large-scale programs.
• Partner with Finance to analyze variances, assist in monthly/quarterly close procedures, and provide updates.
• Consolidate and communicate project, product, and portfolio data, resolving variances and escalating risks when necessary.
• Synthesize complex information into concise stories for executive decision-making.
• Gather and analyze reports for capacity planning, forecast rationalization, and priorities.
• Support key financial activities, including Long-Term and Annual Plans.
• Ensure accurate data inputs within the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) system.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships across departments to resolve issues with Planning, Delivery, and Finance teams.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in project management, including planning, resource management, issue management, and organizational change.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong ability to drive teams to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
• Experience collaborating with both creative and technical teams.
• Advanced business communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive problem-solving and resourcefulness.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
