Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of telecom and IT projects, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, milestones, resource allocation, risk management, and budgeting.Ensure proper project scope and requirements are defined in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Facilitate project kick-offs, manage daily or weekly project updates, and provide timely progress reports to senior management and key stakeholders.Create and manage project documentation, including timelines, budgets, risk logs, change requests, and resource plans.Lead cross-functional teams (internal IT, telecom engineers, external vendors, and contractors) to achieve project deliverables.Communicate project goals, timelines, and expectations effectively to all team members and stakeholders.Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify requirements, establish priorities, and address any concerns.Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
