Our client, an AmLaw 100 law firm, seeks a highly skilled and motivated Associate Attorney with 5 years of litigation experience to join their Subrogation & Recovery Team in their Miami office. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a global firm known for its expertise in litigation.
Responsibilities will include :
- Representing corporate clients in Federal and State Courts, handling civil actions related to property damage.
- Collaborating with a variety of forensic experts to investigate and evaluate the legal and financial viability of different causes of action in both single and multi-party litigation.
- Drafting pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, motions, and briefs.
- Taking and defend depositions as well as prepare for, attend, and present at court hearings.
- Maintaining effective communication with clients and opposing counsel.
