Job Title: Sr. ERP Project Manager
Location: New York One Park Ave (Hybrid 2 days)
Duration: 12 Months with possible extension
Experience: 14 years
A true Project Manager with solid experience managing ERP Financial Projects.
4-7 years prior experience providing project management services for ERP Systems Implementations (such as PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday, SAP, Lawson, etc.), ideally in a structured Project/Program Office environment across multiple Financial modules. It would be a plus if they also have Human Capital Management system implementation experience.
Must possess extensive knowledge and proven track record in the use of project management methodologies and PPM tools. This should include knowledge and use of resource management practices and change management techniques.
Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Project Visio, MS Project and MS Word Skills.
Demonstrable experience of working in fast paced project environments working on multiple projects concurrently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Courteous, professional, prompt, with attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task, strong organization skills and a desire to learn.
In addition to strong PM skills and system implementation experience, the successful candidate will also need to possess the following:
Bachelor of Science Degree
Experience with Financials Modules including several of the following: Accounts Payable, Expenses, General Ledger, Project Costing, Asset Management, Cash Management, Lease Administration, AR (Grants), Billing (Grants), Contracts (Grants), Grants Management, etc.
It would be a plus if they also have experience with HCM Modules such as HR, Benefits, Payroll, Performance and Learning Management, etc.
Must be local and willing to work from One Park Ave office two days a week.
PMP PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED:
Obvious ERP FINANCIAL Project Management experience a must-have
4-6 years of ERP Project Management experience at a minimum
