Plant Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage front-line employees to ensure production goals are met.
• Enforce safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Ensure product quality and compliance with company and industry standards.
• Monitor and improve production efficiency using performance metrics.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize equipment downtime.
• Develop and train employees to build a strong, engaged workforce.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5 years of experience in a production environment, specifically in a beef facility (mandatory).
• Supervisory experience required with strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Experience in slaughter department operations preferred.
• Ability to enforce safety policies and drive a culture of safety.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $69,227.01 - $97,370.16 per year
