Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to capture new business opportunities in the North-East Territory.
- Identify and approach prospective clients, focusing on converting customers from competitors to RTX Wheels.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers in automotive retail, wholesale, and distribution channels.
- Conduct on-site visits to prospects, delivering compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage promotional campaigns to drive lead generation.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide detailed reports on sales pipeline, market conditions, and competitive intelligence.

Salary & Commissions plan
Total annual compensation up to $100,000, including a base salary of 61 000$ - 62 900$ and a competitive commission structure. Details on performance-based earnings will be discussed during the interview process.
