Job Overview
Our California-based workers’ compensation and personal injury law firm is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Salesperson to handle legal sales and client intake. Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, building trust and guiding them through the legal intake process.
- Effectively qualify leads and convert them into signed cases.
- Explain the firm’s services clearly and persuasively while demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain and manage a pipeline of potential clients using CRM software
- Follow up promptly with potential clients via phone, email, and text to ensure they receive timely legal assistance.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals while maintaining high ethical standards
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
