Oracle’s Government, Defense, and Intelligence (GDI) division has an exciting opportunity for a talented and detail-oriented Graphics/Presentation Designer to join our team supporting Federal government customers. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring consistency across all communications documents and presentations, driving the visual quality of executive presentations, and supporting various design projects to enhance our business operations and sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, leadership abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
This is a remote position with occasional in-office work required. The preferred candidate will be based in the VA/ Washington DC area.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $56,300 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):
PowerPoint Slide Design:
Lead the design and formatting of PowerPoint presentations to create visually engaging slides that effectively communicate key messages, ensuring a consistent and professional look for internal and client-facing materials.
Lead Document Formatting & Design:
Ensure consistency and high-quality design across all business documents, including proposals, reports, and internal communications, adhering to brand guidelines.
Support Business Operations & Sales Efforts:
Assist in the creation of marketing materials, sales decks, digital assets, and other graphic design tasks to support the company’s operations and sales initiatives.
Brand Consistency:
Maintain and enforce consistent visual identity standards across all platforms and materials to ensure the company's branding is cohesive and effective.
Collaborate with Teams:
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to ensure design assets are aligned with business goals and are delivered on time.
Graphic Design Support:
Assist with a variety of graphic design projects, including web graphics, social media visuals, brochures, and promotional materials, to support various marketing and sales campaigns.
What you will bring (Required Qualifications)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in graphic design with a focus on document formatting, PowerPoint design, and business-related graphic projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure consistency in design and formatting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Portfolio: A strong design portfolio showcasing a variety of design work, including PowerPoint presentations, documents, and marketing materials.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with web design, video editing, or motion graphics.
- Knowledge of print production processes.
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
