Are you ready to take your consulting career to the next level? We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in the communications industry and Oracle Monetization Suite to lead transformative projects and deliver high-quality solutions to top-tier clients.
As a Senior Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering solution architecture and implementation across Oracle’s Monetization Suite, including Oracle BRM, PDC, and ECE, along with other Oracle Communications Products. You will not only work independently but also lead and mentor global teams, ensuring seamless execution of complex customer engagements. Your expertise will be vital in designing functional and technical solutions that meet business goals while staying within time and budget constraints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead solution design and implementation for complex Oracle Monetization Suite projects (BRM, PDC, ECE, BCUI, Pipeline, etc.)
- Provide expert guidance in both functional and technical aspects, delivering integrated solutions across customer engagements
- Take charge of mentoring and coaching team members to foster growth and skill development
- Collaborate closely with customer management teams to ensure high-impact results and long-term relationships
- Design and implement solutions that meet customer needs, ensuring top-quality execution and client satisfaction
Skills & Expertise:
- In-depth experience with Oracle Communications Monetization Suite – BRM, ECE, PDC, BCUI, Pipeline, OCOMC, OC3C
- Solid understanding of Business Support Systems (BSS) and Operations Support Systems (OSS)
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Cloud Native Technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, Helm
- Strong foundation in DevOps principles, rating & charging, billing & invoicing, payment processing, and revenue recognition
- Experience with Oracle databases, Linux operating systems, and programming languages like C/C , Java, and Shell Scripts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Knowledge of TM Forum standards such as ODA and Open APIs is a plus

Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, including 5-6 years in consulting.
- A background in computer science or a related field (undergraduate degree or equivalent experience).
- Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.

CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $66,800 to $145,900 per annum.
