As a System Analyst for Nova Scotia Health Authority, you will consult with clients during implementations to deliver client-specific venue configuration, testing and training. As a member of this team, you are responsible for consulting with clients on current workflows and configurations, upgrade implications, system changes and enhancements as well as ongoing system maintenance. In addition, you will complete client-specific design, configuration and troubleshooting with appropriate tools, complete full solution build and follow up actions as well as apply and suggest improvements to implementation methodology and consult on complex configuration decisions. As a member of this team, you will develop and execute test plans and test script execution and note changes in end user functionality while also reviewing new defects, write steps to test, outline information for change requests and notify clients. Finally, your responsibilities include navigating across venues to resolve issues, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate when appropriate to solution and engagement resources while also leveraging internal and external resources to deliver problem identification and resolution. This is an onsite position located in Nova Scotia Canada.

- Experience working with Lab and Pharmacy integrated solution modules. At least 4 years.
- Experience/Exposure to Ambulatory and Peri-Op modules will be an added advantage.
- Provide solution oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders.
- Drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients.
- Mitigate solution risks and issues.
- Lead client meetings and events.
- Drive internal team initiatives.
- Software implementation work experience, at least 3 years.
- Health care information technology work, at least 3 years.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in IT, Healthcare or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Experience working with Oracle Health Millennium.
- Experience on ERM/ESM and integrated solution modules.
- Experience working in Support or Application Managed Services organization.
Expectations:
- Travel need will be based on business (10% - 20%).
