What are the responsibilities and job description for the Power BI/PowerApps Architect – Full-Time Remote (DoD Support) position at Oran Inc?
We are seeking a Power BI / PowerApps Architect with an active Secret Clearance to design, develop, and implement advanced Power Platform solutions for a DoD project. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders, leading the technical strategy, and ensuring the delivery of secure and scalable applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PowerApps, Power BI, and other Microsoft technologies, coupled with federal domain experience, particularly in compliance with DoD standards.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture :
Design and implement PowerApps and Power BI solutions tailored to DoD mission needs.
- Develop architectural frameworks for integrating Power Platform solutions with existing systems and secure data sources.
Development & Customization :
Build advanced PowerApps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) and complex Power BI dashboards.
Collaboration & Leadership :
Work with DoD stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation.
Security & Compliance :
Ensure all solutions adhere to DoD security protocols and frameworks, including RBAC (Role-Based Access Control).
Analytics & Reporting :
Build and optimize Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations for key decision-making.
Required Qualifications
8 years of professional experience in Power Platform solutions, including PowerApps, Power BI, and Power Automate.
