Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting our HR functions, ensuring effective management of employee relations, talent management, and training development initiatives. The position is also responsible for running the weekly payroll through Paychex. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership to enhance our human resources programs.
Duties
- Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and company standards.
- Manage talent management processes, including recruitment and onboarding.
- Utilize HR and Payroll software systems such as Paychex opr ADP for efficient HR and payroll operations.
- Process weekly payroll for hourly and slaried employees.
- Support organization design initiatives by collaborating with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Conduct policy presentations such as sexual harrassment and open enrollment
- Serve as resource to all employees for any HR related questions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage contract documentation as necessary.
- Provide support in resolving employee inquiries and issues while fostering a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources administration or a similar role.
- Familiarity with HR software systems such as Paychex or ADP is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with senior leadership and employees at all levels.
- Knowledge of organization design principles is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
