Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization.
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and inquiries.
- Oversee medical office management tasks, including patient scheduling and record maintenance.
- Assist with budgeting processes and monitor office expenditures.
- Plan and coordinate company events, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and maintaining service quality.
- Support payroll processing and ensure accurate clerical documentation.
- Facilitate team management by coordinating schedules, meetings, and communications among staff members.
Experience
- Proven experience in an office management or administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical office practices is a plus.
- Strong skills in budgeting, event planning, vendor management, and clerical duties.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
