Service Part Coordinator

Position Summary
We are searching for a technically minded professional with the ability to field parts requests, confirm correct part numbers, and enter shipment for processing. In-depth knowledge of the product along with Engineering and build documentation is necessary to ensure the correct parts are built and shipped. Clear and concise interaction across multiple departments will be key. This position is both internal and customer-facing and reports directly to the Service Parts Manager.
Position Responsibilities
- Field Parts requests from both internal and external customers
- Utilize Engineering, process, and assembly documentation to confirm correct parts are ordered
- Interact with the ERP system and Service Parts Shipping team to ensure parts are correctly built and shipped
Position Qualifications
- Technical experience in the automotive or equipment industry
- Ability to read schematics and Engineering drawings Supervisory Experience
- Knowledge of Parts and Warehousing
- Ability to handle many functions at one time and adjust to rapidly changing priorities and schedules
- Ability to set and prioritize goals and achieve them per a schedule
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including comfort communicating over the phone
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Ideal Candidates Will Also Have
- Experience with ERP or inventory management systems
