As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for greeting clients, presenting our concept, and working at the front desk. - Greet clients with enthusiasm and energy
- Presentation of our concept to interested consumers
- Work at the front desk, answering phones and talking to members
- Give studio tours
- Work with trainers to guide new clients through their first workout
- Sell memberships to help the studio thrive
- Follow up with prospective clients
- Handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner
- Participate in marketing and outreach events
- Ensure the studio is clean and organized
