As a Centralized Services Representative in our Corvallis Operations Center, you will use your office skills and outstanding attention to detail to post insurance and car loan payoff checks, file, retrieve and mail vehicle titles, process loan extensions, and ensure required garnishments happen. Other tasks include auditing IRA tax forms and performing a variety of clerical duties like digital archiving. You'll also field internal hotline calls, supporting your branch coworkers with the specifics they need to serve our members, especially calls concerning vehicle loans. This is a self-directed, high-volume position for a professional with data entry accuracy.
Schedule: Must be available to work M-F, as early as 8 am and as late as 5:30 pm
What you will need to be successful:
- High school diploma or GED
- One year of experience in financial industry preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Word and Excel required
- Strong time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
