Description
As a Payment Services Representative II, you’ll serve as a subject matter expert within our Payment Services team. Your primary focus will be on investigating complex payment fraud cases, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing support for high-level escalations. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and law enforcement to resolve fraud incidents, implement process improvements, and safeguard member accounts.
You’ll also play a key role in mentoring others, leading quality assurance efforts, and helping identify risk trends and opportunities for training and development within the department. Your attention to detail, analytical mindset, and leadership in service delivery will be essential to the success of our team.
What you will need to be successful:
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay organized and manage time
- Works well independently and with a team
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience:
- Three plus years in financial services
- Experience with payments, fraud, or electronic services preferred
- Education:
- High school diploma or GED required
- ACH/Fraud training to be completed within six months of hire
