**Organic Play & Therapy** is setting the standard for pediatric care, serving children ages 0-3, their families, and mentoring therapists alike. We are seeking motivated, creative, and self-driven professionals to play integral roles in the development of our Early Start program. This program focuses on working with children ages 0-3 through play-based therapy.

**Position Overview:**
As a **Child Development Specialist (CDS)**, you will coach families to support the growth and development of their child or infant. CDSs follow the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) to ensure that developmental goals are met, with progress assessments conducted semi-annually and a closing report when the child reaches age three. Our play-based therapy model helps children achieve developmental milestones in a fun and engaging way.
A strong understanding of the five developmental domains—cognitive, social-emotional, language, adaptive (daily life skills), and both fine and gross motor skills—is highly recommended.
**Position Types Available:**
- Full-Time
- Part-Time (20 hours per week min)
- Floater (with flexibility to build your own caseload) (20 hours per week min)
**Ideal Candidate Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Preschool Education, or Communication studies, Sociology, Psychology or a related field.
- Experience in Early Intervention, working with children 0-3
- Home-based service delivery experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with families
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
