Summary

Business Development Center Representatives are responsible for making inbound and outbound calls and communicating with prospects and customers via phone and email .The BDC is the perfect place for a motivated individual to begin a successful career. Applicants for this position should be confident and self-motivated with a pleasant and outgoing personality, have the ability to convert customer inquiries into appointments. We have an in-house training team dedicated to your success; offering online and in-store training programs with our manufacturers. Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound calls regarding appointments, repairs, and recalls
- Study, learn and understand the services / maintenance we offer
- Meet and exceed daily goals and objectives
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities
- Make comprehensive notes in the dealership CRM reflecting all customer / prospect communications
- Participate in team & process development sessions - keeping positive relationships with teammates, service advisors and dealership management

14.35 per hour plus commission
