Description
This is a full-time, on-site position in Farmington, Maine. You will be part of a team that believes in hard work, quality craftsmanship, and the power of storytelling. As a key member of our team, you'll partner with our Creative Director and Marketing Director to develop and execute compelling visual campaigns that amplify our brand's mission and values.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement visual identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging multimedia content, including video, photography, and graphic design.
Oversee social media content creation and scheduling to drive engagement and maintain brand consistency.
Manage on-site photo and video shoots to capture authentic and inspiring moments.
Organize and maintain our media archive for efficient access and usage.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends in design and digital media to keep our brand fresh and relevant.
Mentor and inspire our in-house media team, fostering growth, creativity, and collaboration.
Serve as the link between creative and other departments, ensuring unified brand messaging.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- ~5 years of experience in creative/media production, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategies, and analytics.
- Proven track record in photography and videography, including editing and post-production.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing creative expertise across various media formats.
