The Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Creative Director/Media Manager to join our team. This role requires a unique blend of creativity, technical expertise, and leadership skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute visual campaigns that align with our brand values and mission.
- Lead the creation and management of multimedia content, including video, photography, and graphic design.
- Manage social media presence and content to drive engagement and maintain brand consistency.
- Oversee on-site photo and video shoots to capture authentic moments.
- Organize and maintain our media archive for efficient access.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends to ensure our brand remains fresh and relevant.
- Foster a collaborative and creative work environment within our media team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- ~5 years of experience in creative/media production, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- ~ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator).
- ~ Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategies, and analytics.
- ~ Proven track record in photography and videography, including editing and post-production.
- ~ Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- ~ A compelling portfolio showcasing creative expertise across various media formats.
