Pay: $20/hr (1099) Bi-Weekly
Schedule: 8 hours/day Thursday - Monday (Off Tuesday and Wednesday) *Daily schedule is somewhat flexible based on availability and needs of the role; hours to be determined upon start.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and friendly Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team at Highgrove, our flagship property in Austin. This is a front-facing role with a variety of responsibilities, including ensuring units are properly cleaned and flipped, assisting guests and residents during their stay, assisting Highgrove property operations with Orion Haus related needs, and providing support for special events.
You'll be responsible for making sure that guests have a positive, seamless experience and that the property is maintained to high standards between bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and Re-setting Rental Units: Ensure rental units are clean, well-maintained, and ready for incoming guests (Approximately 1-2 unit flips per day). Tasks include changing sheets, dusting/mopping, disinfecting bathrooms, and performing other necessary cleaning duties.
- Guest Interaction & Support: Engage with residents and guests during events and office hours, providing a friendly and professional customer service experience. Staff the Ohai guest support chat portal, helping to troubleshoot any technical or experiential issues for both renters and short-term guests.
- Event Set-Up & Planning: Assist in the set-up and planning of events on the property, ensuring that all details are handled and guests are well taken care of.
- Package Management: Receive packages/unit deliveries for Orion Haus Founder and ensure they are properly handled and delivered to the correct units.
- General Property Support: Assist Orion Haus and Highgrove Property Management with miscellaneous company related tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Reliable Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from the Highgrove property.
- Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and be comfortable with the physical labor involved in cleaning and preparing rental units for occupancy.
- Customer Service Skills: Comfortable interacting with guests and providing friendly, professional service. A positive attitude and willingness to assist guests with any needs or concerns is essential.
- Front-Facing Role: This is a front-facing position where you'll be representing the Orion Haus brand, so a professional demeanor and ability to handle diverse guest needs is important.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, real estate, or marketing is a plus, but not required. A passion for customer service and working with people is essential.
- Training Provided: You will receive training to troubleshoot technical or experiential issues on-site for both renters and short-term guests.
