What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist/Real Estate Marketing Assistant position at ORION Investment Real Estate?
The Receptionist’s primary roles are to be a friendly and professional face in a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Firm. This position will require the ability to perform clerical duties to maintain a smooth-running professional atmosphere. The Receptionist will open up the office at 8:30 AM and turn down the office each day at 5:00 PM.
In additional to handling inbound calls, the Receptionist will maintain a presence at the front of office greeting the agents and clients as they come and go, as well as preparing coffee or water for meetings.
The Receptionist will check the printer paper, mail, and inventory once a day, as well as periodically throughout the day checking to tidy the conference rooms, lobby, and Break Room. They will also have to make themselves available for any agent request to print, scheduling, or simple research requests.
Daily Tasks: Opening/Closing the Office, Data/database Population, Checking Listed Inventory, Greeting Agents and Clients, Answering Phones, Scheduling Appointments, Managing Mail. Assisting agents with clerical requests such as document formatting or printing requests, organizing schedules, conference call and meeting times.
REQUIREMENTS: Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience with WordPress, Adobe InDesign, and Google Calendar a plus.
Consistency and availability to be at work M-F from 8:30-5:00PM is necessary. Professional attire required. Bright and positive energy for the front of the office, as well as the ability to communicate with a variety of personalities will be important to your success.
